About The Book
Without You is a story of how each one of us has benefited from the helping hand of others — and that we have an obligation to pay it forward. Jeff Gueldner has lived this mantra. An all-state high school basketball player, an NCAA national champion, a successful businessman, Gueldner’s sweet joy of victory has been balanced by the pain of cancer, divorce and business failure. He credits the many people who have been with him through thick and thin. You will learn about them, what makes them special, and how they inspired him and others. His parents, Gary and Judy Gueldner; hall of fame coaches Larry Brown, Roy Williams, and Bill Self; teammates and friends Mark Randall, Kevin Pritchard, Chris Piper and Danny Manning; and others from all walks of life who supported him. Life isn’t always easy. Jeff Gueldner hopes the lessons he shares in Without You will make it easier and cause everyone who reads it to give credit where credit is due.
What’s inside
Sample The Book
Jeff Gueldner’s ah-ha moment came while performing a mundane and routine duty — mowing the lawn. He’d done it hundreds of times, but on this day, the music coming from his earbuds was more than just background noise. Rather than just hearing the words, he was listening to them. You make sacrifices every night and day…But me don’t mean a thing without you were more than just lyrics.
It wasn’t the first time Gueldner heard the hit by country music star Luke Combs. He listened to it dozens of times. This time however, it had his mind racing and emotions raging. Through every win and loss, success and failure, good times and bad, there were people there for Gueldner. He was not oblivious to their presence. His mom and dad put more miles on their car than he could possibly count. His coaches spent numerous hours teaching him how to play the game. There were friends, relatives, teachers, trainers and others along the way. But more than being there, Gueldner’s epiphany was they really cared for him — win or lose.
Life isn’t always easy. Jeff Gueldner hopes the lessons he shares in Without You will make it easier and cause everyone who reads it to give credit where credit is due.
About the author.
I started my career in the insurance industry in 2013 not long after the introduction of the Affordable Care Act. Regardless of your opinion, the law changed the landscape of the under 65 health insurance market forever. Now more than ever it is important to work with someone that not only understands the marketplace and all that it has to offer but takes the time to ask the necessary questions and explain the options available. I am not here to sell you anything. My role is to ask, listen, educate and implement your chosen strategy. As an independent broker working for a company the size of Apollo I have access to almost everything worth having but I understand that not all plans work for all people. My services are free and there are no obligations so whether you are needing coverage for a short period of time just for yourself or a potentially longer-term solution for your family or even group coverage for your business you have come to the right place. Please take a minute to provide me with your contact information and I will follow up as quickly as possible. I am here to help in any way that I can.
